Candlelight Vigil in Solidarity with Victims of Peshawar Tragedy

Dozens of people belonging to various walks of life gathered at Liberty Roundabout in Lahore to express their solidarity with the victims of 16/12 Peshawar tragedy. The event was planned and advertised only through social media couple of hours before it took place. Starting with a few individuals, the gathering kept on increasing as people poured in groups. The grief-stricken participants raised slogans against Taliban, their apologists, and the failure of the state in protecting its citizens.
