Animals are dear to us in many ways; we get leisure time to spend. They fulfill our nutritional needs. Humans have strong relation with them as far as loyalty and emotional attachment is concerned. Animals are kept as pets all over the world and we as a nation are also enthusiastic about having pets. Aren’t we???
Earth Watch Club of Forman Christian College (FCC) organized 3rd Annual Pet Show in the college premises. Pet show was an effort of Earth Watch Club to appreciate nature’s creativity in the form of animals. The purpose of organizing this event was not only to exhibit pets and the fawns, but to create the awareness for making efforts towards the survival of the endangered species and moreover, to spread the message of warmth and love throughout the world.
The show featured more than 70 different animals including horses, dogs, cats, snakes, turtles, roosters, and chicken. The show was a great exhibition of love between animals and human. At the end, Rector of FC College presented medals and awards to the best care takers of pets.
