Growing Extremism in Our Approaches

I am read­ing Laal­tain from its very first issue. It cov­ers a wide range of impor­tant issues, be they inter­na­tion­al or nation­al ones. This let­ter is apro­pos to the arti­cle “Why Baluchis­tan is burn­ing?”  I am sens­ing a grow­ing lev­el of extrem­ism in peo­ple around me, case of Baluchis­tan is not an excep­tion. Every­one is suf­fer­ing from the intol­er­ance syn­drome. From minor issues relat­ed to traf­fic and road sense to the grave one regard­ing reli­gious iden­ti­ty and faith, we all are under its trance. It not that there is no rem­e­dy of it – we can still com­pen­sate the loss by pro­mot­ing high­er val­ues in our soci­ety.
