For instance;

- On what basis or statistical data you derived that performance of people selected on quota are better than the performance of people selected on merit. Where merit simply means selection of the best, a natural and just phenomenon.

- For goodness sake, study the international stand on anti-protectionism. World is opening up, the only way to update and upgrade is to embrace the challenge rather than sitting sheepishly in quota cradle. World has moved on a while a go.
